The Soto Muka stove can use either white gas or unleaded gasoline. Unlike other liquid fuel stoves the Soto Muka doesn’t require priming therefore resulting in a soot-less stove and pot. This stove features a control dial indicating Air, Stop, Start and Run modes. This Control Dial is the reason for it not requiring priming. Another useful feature I’ve notice is the pressure indicator. A little red pop out indicator shows when there is enough pressure and you can stop pumping. Other than some mention about the stove failing in high heat and altitude, this stove is the answer to many backpackers.
