Most people are skeptical about protein bars because most of them taste like sh*t.? However, the Myoplex Carb Sense Chocolate Chip Brownie bar tastes so good it almost?seems like junk food.? This has been my number one favorite protein bar for years, and EAS company has recently improved the taste.
For those who know me, knows that I eat a lot; devouring whenever possible.? This protein bar is nutrious, calorie and protein dense (270 Calories,?3g Impact Carbs, 28g Protein), and is capable of keeping me full for a few hours while engaging in strenuous activities.? This has become a staple item for my snowboarding and backpacking expeditions; usually carry one or two?bar(s) per day.? One caveat though.? Obviously the cholocate bar will melt and be slightly deformed when the temperature hits the scorching three-digit mark.? It could be a bit messy, but?personally, I don't mind (after all, we are away from civilization).
