Xterus was created as a personal homepage to share photos and stories. We have gone through many transitions which had included a web portal, forum, chat room, photo gallery and other features that can’t be recalled for our backpacking community. Due to lack of usage of the features and to simplify administration of Xterus we’ve limited this site to blog style posting and kept the gallery as a sentimental keep sake for all the existing photos of some of the most memorable moments in our backpacking community. The gallery will be kept fully functional meaning photos can be added and comments posted.
We will continue to make changes to Xterus. Please send us your comments, they will be greatly appreciated.
